Vega Auto Detailing Policy Agreement
This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Vega Auto Detailing (hereafter referred to as “Vega Auto Detailing”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By booking or using the services of Vega Auto Detailing you hereby agree to the following terms:
Access to Water & Electricity For Mobile Detailing
We require access to water and electricity for all of our mobile car detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at 757-204-5577 so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $50 cancelation fee.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A flat $50 deposit fee will be due upon the estimate agreement. Deposit will apply towards final total invoice amount. Services scheduled can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance and the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations past the 48 hours period will result in a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Otherwise a cancellation fee totaling $50 will apply. Either a deposit or cancellation fee can be applied per invoice. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

Vega Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failures.

Failure to provide access to vehicle, water and electricity at time of service may result in the cancellation fee.
Force Majeure Events
Both parties may choose to be excused of any contractual obligations in the event of disastrous occurrences outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to:

A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or
-
War, invasion, act of foreign enemies, embargo (declared or not) or
-
Any hazardous situation created outside of either party’s control such as riots, disorders, leaks, acts of threat
Please note we detail in light rain dependent on the service, but do not operate during inclement weather. In the event weather changes during service, the technician reserves the right to reschedule.
Operating Your Vehicle
Client agrees to give Vega Auto Detailing full access to the vehicle during the detail service. Please ensure keys are available by in-person exchange or by an agreed access location of the keys at the detail site. This agreement insures that you, client, authorize us to operate your vehicle as necessary during time of service.
Estimated Job Completion
All detail services have a maximum estimate time. Completion of work is based off of unique time limit of agreed detail service package. See below all time limits for base jobs excluding add-ons. Add-Ons will be used to extend the base time using the times provided below. Timekeeping will be performed at the discretion of your assigned Vega Auto Detailing technician. The time starts as soon as the technician’s initial equipment is setup.
All detail services have a maximum allotted time. Completion of work corresponds with the selected service package. Below are the maximum allotted times for various services excluding add-ons. Add-Ons are per client request depending on technician availability. Allotted time begins at the beginning of the scheduled appointment after initial set-up.

Quality of Service
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Services cannot guarantee to restore your vehicle, vehicle parts/trims to any previous or new condition. In the event you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours for next steps. Vega Auto Detailing is not liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage
Vega Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. By purchasing services rendered you agree Vega Auto Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damages. In the event an accident/damage occurs during service, the customer will be notified accordingly and next steps will be taken on a case by case basis.
Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms
Vega Auto Detailing will provide a detailed invoice of all listed rendered services. This may include but not limited to deposit, package price, add-on services, processing fee, additional fees, etc. In the event the service will need to be extended, Vega Auto Detailing will communicate to the customer the requested time and $70/hr fee. In the event the additional extra time fee is denied by the customer, Vega Auto Detailing will prioritize the customer’s requested areas of focus. Once the service has been completed, Vega Auto Detailing will send an invoice to the email on file within 24 hours. Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice. Check spam and junk folders if necessary. Deposits will be applied towards final total invoice amount.
Failure to complete payment within 48 hours will result in automatic charge of the invoice amount using the form of payment on file. Payments on file accepted include all major credit cards, Apple and Google Pay. All forms of payment subject to 3.5% processing fee. All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable.
Providing Feedback & Photos
We ask for your feedback. Please leave us a google review and or send us an email at (vega@vegaautodetailing.net) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion of Vega Auto Detailing to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.vegaautodetailing.net) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.
Termination of Service
Vega Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failures. Vega Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel new or existing maintenance service plans for any reason.
Vega Auto Detailing Changes
Vega Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time.
I Understand That:

By using our services you hereby understand that Vega Auto Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.

Your payment to Vega Auto Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.

Vega Auto Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to complete payment within 48 hours will result in an automatic payment of the full invoice to the payment on file.

Because we order materials for the job on demand, any deposits made are non-refundable.
